Key Responsibilities

•Lead Advanced Structured Cabling & ICT Infrastructure Work to install, service, upgrade, and decommission complex cabling systems.
•Mentor Technicians I & II, guiding workmanship, professionalism, and customer service to ensure safety and quality.
•Coordinate workflows with teams to keep projects on schedule and within scope, ensuring regulatory compliance.
•Maintain accurate documentation for time, materials, testing results, and work progress.
•Provide clear updates on project status, technical challenges, and resolutions to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Associate degree or technical certification or equivalent work experience
•Experience with structured cabling, copper and fiber termination, and testing
•Strong communication, mentoring, and client-facing skills
•Ability to install, service, upgrade, and decommission structured cabling systems (Cat5e/6/6A, fiber) and ICT infrastructure
•Familiarity with safety standards and life-safety requirements
