•Keep the floor neat and clean by clearing spills, removing trash/recyclables properly, and cleaning/stocking lines to par.

Key Requirements

•High volume kitchen operations experience.
•Food service experience as an expeditor or server in a high-volume environment.
•Exceptional communication skills with a sense of urgency and strong time management.
•Knowledge of kitchen sanitation standards and ability to make decisions using critical thinking.
•High School diploma; ability to lift or move up to 40 lbs using proper lifting techniques.
