Senior Manager-Staff Software Engineering

Lead the Communications Services engineering team to build and manage high performance, low-latency communication platforms and applications. Drive strategy and execution of a technical roadmap, improving application performance, capacity, availability, and reliability while modernizing services and architecture on AWS. Partner with product teams to address performance and resiliency pain points, manage delivery milestones and risks, and support team performance through coaching, mentoring, and growth-focused cultural change.
