Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a technical roadmap to improve product delivery velocity and unlock new engineering capabilities.
  • •Work with stakeholders and a Director to estimate delivery milestones, manage project dependencies, and deliver projects on time.
  • •Identify and raise project risks and present detailed, implementable solutions or alternatives.
  • •Initiate performance management for team members, including mentoring, coaching plans, reviews, and related actions.
  • •Collaborate with product teams to address recurring issues around performance and resiliency, and drive solutions while paying down high-priority tech debt efficiently.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and core computer science concepts.
  • •Fluency with Python, Java, Go, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, XML, JSON, and RESTful web services.
  • •Experience building and operating software in a large-scale, mission-critical environment with reliability, incident response, and change discipline.
  • •Strong multi-cloud knowledge with AWS depth, including Amazon Connect, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB/RDS, SNS/SQS, EventBridge, CloudWatch, IAM, and VPC.
  • •Manage and grow technical teams (hiring, coaching, performance conversations, capacity planning) and own roadmaps and delivery with cross-functional alignment.
