Key Responsibilities

•Own growth for Bump in Greece and lead all content + creator efforts for the Greek market.
•Create high-performing TikToks, Reels, and UGC-style ads people want to watch.
•Build and manage a pipeline of Greek creators and run influencer campaigns with top creators and micro-influencers.
•Work closely with paid marketing to turn great content into great performance.
•Collaborate daily in the Paris office, join brainstorms, test ideas fast, and support Greece-focused launches and events.

Key Requirements

•1–5+ years making short-form content for brands, agencies, influencers, or creators.
•Experience creating ads content, especially UGC.
•Experience managing creators or giving creative feedback.
•Deep knowledge of TikTok/IG trends and the Greek creator landscape.
•Greek language proficiency and English proficiency, with experience living in Greece.
