Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of backend software engineering experience shipping production systems at scale.
  • •Proven experience taking LLM-based applications to production, including evaluation frameworks, grounding, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop design.
  • •Multi-agent orchestration experience designing and operating systems where AI agents collaborate, hand off work, and escalate to humans appropriately.
  • •Ability to communicate with and learn from non-technical domain experts, rapidly internalizing complex workflows and translating them into engineered systems.
  • •Distributed systems fundamentals for document processing, playbook evaluation, routing logic, and audit trails; architect correctly from day one.
