Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, following Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • •Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, fashion advice, and follow-ups to close sales.
  • •Drive sales using cross-selling, upselling, tailored recommendations, and tools including Mobile POS, clienteling, and social selling platforms (including short-form video).
  • •Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards and asset protection procedures.
  • •Maintain the sales floor and stockroom—processing transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and assisting with receiving shipments and inventory cycles.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
  • •Experience operating POS with basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS) and ability to read price/release sheets.
  • •Strong English proficiency and ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including nights, weekends, and peak/high-traffic days.
  • •Ability to work at a fast pace and manage physical demands including lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and maneuvering the sales floor and stockroom.
  • •Social media savvy with clienteling and data acquisition skills; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is preferred.
