Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategic approach and execution of multi-million-dollar proposals, tenders and bid responses, including reviewing procurement documentation and running bid go/no go discussions.
  • •Provide bid and pursuit leadership across key opportunities while ensuring teams are resourced, aligned and supported through the submission process.
  • •Comply with Turner & Townsend bid-to-win process and governance requirements, including facilitating discussions on differentiators, win themes, and content quality.
  • •Deliver tender responses by coordinating collation of information, writing responses directly, or supporting others to produce quality submissions, including interview preparation and coaching for shortlisted pursuits.
  • •Support pursuit planning through competitor analysis, win strategy development, lessons learned, and client research; report pipeline and bid conversion trends at senior leadership levels.

Key Requirements

  • •4-8 years of experience in bid management, pursuits, tender management, proposal management, or a related work-winning discipline.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing competitive tender submissions, EOIs, RFPs and RFQs from commencement through to submission.
  • •Experience coordinating multidisciplinary contributors and managing complex submission programs.
  • •Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills with a focus on quality, compliance, and persuasive content development.
  • •Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and proposal development tools; strong stakeholder management to influence senior technical and operational professionals.
