Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and execute customer expansion strategies focused on product adoption, renewals, and cross-sell/upsell across Thales Software Monetization offerings.
  • •Develop deep understanding of account structure, organization, goals, and roadmap; identify whitespace opportunities to grow Thales Software Monetization footprint.
  • •Proactively manage the end-to-end renewal cycle, mitigate churn risk, and demonstrate ROI aligned to client business goals.
  • •Lead regular Customer Business Reviews with executive and operational stakeholders to reinforce value, review roadmap alignment, and position new opportunities.
  • •Build and own Key Account Plans and serve as a trusted advisor voice of the customer internally, partnering with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Product Management, and Marketing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in B2B account management, sales, or customer expansion roles, preferably in enterprise software or SaaS.
  • •Proven track record of growing revenue within existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell.
  • •Strong executive presence to build and deepen C-level relationships.
  • •Conversational knowledge of SaaS, licensing models, data insights, AI, or software monetization concepts.
