Key Responsibilities

  • •Support implementation of and compliance with the Project Health and Safety Management Plan (PHSP) and Project HSE Management Programme.
  • •Arrange, conduct, and participate in training sessions, HSE Committee, and coordination meetings.
  • •Advise supervisory staff on accident prevention and improvements related to work methods.
  • •Assist in leading and supervising HSE officers onsite and monitoring execution of HSE activities to meet project HSE requirements.
  • •Identify hazards and unsafe conditions daily, raise observation reports with corrective actions, address violations, and support incident reporting and resolution per company/IMS policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, including 3 years relevant experience, with 2 years GCC experience as a plus.
  • •Knowledge of relevant safety regulations, procedures, and instructions, including Qatar and international safety standards.
  • •Strong knowledge of environmental regulations (air, wastewater, hazardous waste) and chemical material management (MSDS).
  • •Understanding of integrated management systems and pollution prevention/waste minimization initiatives.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills.
