Job Summary

Lead planning, sequencing, and delivery of Employee Service Center (ESC) and People Solutions Operations initiatives by aligning people, process, and technology to People Solutions priorities. Key Responsibilities

•Maintain the portfolio roadmap and intake process, overseeing deployment activities, cyclical events (e.g., open enrollment, year-end, system upgrades/implementations), and repeatable initiatives such as playbooks.
•Provide end-to-end program management for moderately complex projects, including governance, planning, delivery, BAU transition, and leadership-level reporting using project artifacts and financial tracking.
•Drive stakeholder alignment and manage risk and change communications and campaigns, using facilitation, standard PM tools, playbooks, and business case development to secure technology and resources.
•Support continuous improvement of project management practices and capability within the Portfolio team.
•Manage dependencies, risks, and impacts to ensure on-time in-scope delivery across the ESC and People Solutions Operations portfolio.

Salary: USD 89,400 - 134,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 4 years’ relevant experience (or an equivalent combination such as a master’s degree with 2 years, a Ph.D. with up to 1 year, or 8 years in a related field).
•Experience leading moderately complex, cross-functional programs and projects impacting both technology and business processes using standard methodologies.
•Proficiency in process analysis and improvement, including value stream mapping, data collection/analysis, root-cause analysis, and assessing financial or business impact.
•Strong conflict resolution and ability to navigate organizational resistance using negotiation, influence, and emotional intelligence in a matrixed environment.
•Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams and subject-matter experts (e.g., HRTS, PMO) while building internal and external relationships to drive outcomes.
