Promote and sell personal banking products with a focus on credit cards and personal loans, driving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Key Responsibilities

•Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for personal loan products and credit cards within assigned markets and segments.
•Generate new business through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and networking; participate in promotional activities, group meetings, and roadshows.
•Maintain a strong sales pipeline and perform timely follow-ups with prospects.
•Provide end-to-end customer support for the loan application process, including addressing queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
•Ensure compliance with bank policies, SOPs, regulatory requirements, KYC documentation, and turnaround time (TAT), coordinating approvals and disbursements with internal teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
•Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in banking/financial services.
•Strong sales and negotiation skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•Knowledge of personal loan products and lending policies.
•Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, with strong time and pipeline management skills.
