Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of professional automotive bodywork experience as an autobody prepper/technician.
  • •Ability to perform bodywork on multiple panels, including heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, roof and rocker panel repair, and large-area bodywork (including Bondo repair).
  • •Able to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
  • •Capable of working in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment and using required safety equipment (e.g., face shield/goggles, gloves, mask, protective garments).
