Key Responsibilities

  • •Capture end-to-end system requirements for Hivemind Vision Systems and integrated autonomy solutions.
  • •Support the design and development of system architectures spanning perception, autonomy, and mission-level workflows.
  • •Use MBSE tools to document, maintain, and extend architecture models supporting new integrations, capabilities, and customer requirements.
  • •Develop and maintain system models using UML, SysML, and/or UPDM, with emphasis on decomposition, functional flows, interfaces, and system behavior.
  • •Collaborate with subject-matter experts and cross-functional teams, and report status, risks, accomplishments, and expectations to senior engineering and program leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7 years of systems engineering or related experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 5 years with a Master’s, or 2 years with a PhD), or equivalent practical experience.
  • •B.S. degree in a STEM field (e.g., Systems, Software, Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering).
  • •Experience with systems engineering practices, including writing, structuring, and verifying requirements.
  • •Experience with MBSE and system-modeling workflows.
  • •Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally on technical teams.
