Private Cloud & Infrastructure Operations Engineer

Own the day-to-day operations of a private cloud platform, ensuring reliable and efficient service through monitoring, governance, and capacity management. Manage compute provisioning and lifecycle operations, handle quotas and capacity issues, and provide first-line support by triaging incidents and applying known fixes. Support compute and storage infrastructure across data center environments (including Ceph and shared services) while maintaining runbooks and contributing to efficiency and automation initiatives.
