Key Responsibilities

  • •Articulate and evangelize a bold technical vision for the domain and drive architectural excellence.
  • •Decompose complex problems into practical, operational solutions and ensure technical design and implementation quality.
  • •Serve as an authoritative expert on non-functional system characteristics including performance, scalability, and operability.
  • •Lead proof-of-concept development for emerging AI frameworks and architectural patterns, and champion AI-native/AIOps practices for reliability.
  • •Act as a role model and mentor within the tech community, providing technical coaching and strengthening engineering know-how across teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 244,700 - 279,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •At least 7 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture, enterprise architecture and design patterns, and designing/building distributed HPC and ML systems.
  • •Full ML development lifecycle experience using AI and ML frameworks, plus cloud computing experience (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
  • •Data engineering experience.
  • •Hands-on coding experience with commonly used languages (Python, Java, Go, Scala, JavaScript/TypeScript or similar) and owning the full SDLC end-to-end (conception through production support).
