Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and Lead End-to-End Systems: own the lifecycle of complex, full-stack Safety labeling and Investigative tooling from specification to rollout and iteration.
  • •Spearhead Cross-Functional Alignment: act as technical anchor for Operations, PMs, and partner pods; translate complex workflows into scalable architectures while managing tech debt.
  • •Pioneer Architectural Vision: define direction for next-gen safety apps; integrate AI methodologies (LLMs, agentic workflows) for scalable moderation solutions.
  • •Design and Scale Core Primitives: build and evangelize shared moderation primitives (Compliance infra, QA, traffic routing, workforce management, agentic labeling) and enable self-serve onboarding for new surfaces.
  • •Drive Multi-Quarter Initiatives: lead large-scale cross-organizational technical programs, resolve blockers, and drive adoption of safety applications.

Salary: USD 243,290 - 295,250 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of software development experience.
  • •Distributed Systems Architecture: design and implement robust, high-throughput microservices with focus on safety and security.
  • •Safety-Driven Mindset: prioritize user safety, data integrity, and compliance with safety policies in system design.
  • •BS in Computer Science, Applied Math, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, or another technical field; equivalent experience acceptable.
