Plan and execute sourcing of goods and services at the plant level under direct supervision, supporting manufacturing, field operations, technology, and project management plans. Carry out category management strategies, issue purchase orders, and enable local procurement not covered by category management. Create RFQs, run competitive bidding, and evaluate supplier performance to support cost containment, efficiency, and operational profitability.
