•Objectively debrief HR business partners and leadership on investigation findings.
•Document investigation and summarize findings in a report.
•Collect and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations on mitigation strategies.
•Advise and train HR business partners on investigations best practices.

Travel: High travel

Salary: USD 110,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years of professional experience conducting employee relations investigations.
