Job Summary

Work hands-on in a cleanroom environment to build, repair, and test multimillion-dollar display and wafer fabrication equipment used in semiconductor manufacturing. Use work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, and parts lists to perform electro-mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, audits, and documentation. Test assemblies with fixtures and measurement tools, complete data entry, and collaborate with engineers on new project development while supporting daily production resource needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Use work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, parts lists, and instructions to build, repair, and/or test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic equipment and components.
•Perform electro-mechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting, and repairs with moderate supervision.
•Receive parts, audit and inspect for defects, and troubleshoot/improve processes based on findings.
•Test assemblies and components using test fixtures and equipment (including electronic measurement tools, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps) and complete required documentation/data entry.
•Work closely with engineers on new projects and assist the supervisor with aligning resources for daily production needs.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•2–4 years of semiconductor or display experience, or comparable industry or military experience.
•Strong English reading and writing skills to understand technical documentation.
•Ability to follow standard operation procedures (written and verbal).
•Solid analytical skills and the ability to problem-solve using established operating procedures or scientific methods.
•Bachelor’s degree (with preferred qualifications for 5+ years of related experience).
