  • •Oversee a technical domain and manage engineers within it, guiding teams through the full development lifecycle from discovery and design to deployment and maintenance.
  • •Provide day-to-day technical leadership while also driving strategic planning and team leadership for scalable, high-quality digital solutions.
  • •Partner closely with Product Managers to ensure software solutions deliver strong business and customer value aligned with strategic goals.
  • •Collaborate with engineering and delivery leadership to help shape the enterprise technical vision and operational effectiveness.
  • •Recommend frameworks, libraries, and tools that improve performance, scalability, and production observability.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years’ experience in systems development and 3+ years in technology development leadership roles.
  • •Strong experience building and operating high-traffic, customer-facing web platforms.
  • •Expertise in Java for backend services and APIs using modern frameworks and patterns.
  • •Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with deep experience in React.js and modern frontend architectures.
  • •Experience designing scalable, resilient distributed systems, including API-first and event-driven approaches, plus hands-on cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
