Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand and manage trench safety and related rental equipment, including inventory/parts and associated accessories.
  • •Procure items needed for daily facility operations and maintain healthy vendor relationships for service and delivery needs.
  • •Maintain DOT compliance records and complete invoice review and maintenance.
  • •Implement and maintain safety policies, conduct weekly safety meetings, and ensure employees are trained on equipment with records of completion.
  • •Assist the General Manager with branch performance: review profit and loss, monitor utilization and other metrics, and coordinate rental orders, inspections, repairs, and customer communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • •Be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • •Have at least 3-4 years of rental industry experience, preferably in a management role.
  • •Have working knowledge of excavation, trench safety, and OSHA/DOT requirements; experience with trench safety equipment is highly preferred.
  • •Be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times and manage physical work at the facility.
