Job Summary

Lead the local E-commerce operations for Mexico by coordinating regional initiatives with regional and local teams to ensure strong commercial performance. Develop and manage the annual P&L (OVCs & OPEX) for the E-commerce channel by quarter and month across ops, marketing and content, monitor KPIs such as margins, net sales, CR, traffic and AOV, and drive local campaigns, promotions, and growth plans aligned with regional/global standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee local E-Commerce operations to ensure compliance with regional/global site standards and provide excellent customer service, logistics, payments and fulfillment.
•Coordinate between regional teams (Performance Marketing, Content, CRM) and local operations to execute E-Commerce initiatives per site guidelines.
•Lead local campaigns, promotions, and events to adapt to the regional market while aligning with global requirements.
•Identify growth opportunities (traffic, conversion, ticket, customer value) and coordinate plans with regional teams.
•Monitor operational KPIs to ensure service excellence and continuous process improvement.

Key Requirements

•7-10 years of experience in the commercial area.
•4+ years of experience in E-Commerce.
•Experience in E-Commerce, ideally in commercial, digital, or channel-management roles.
•Experience working with business KPIs: revenue, conversion rate, traffic, AOV, margin.
•Understanding of performance marketing and digital content (though not hands-on execution).
