Lead the Platform Data team to build a robust, scalable, resilient data platform powering portfolio applications. Collaborate with solution teams and product managers to deliver cloud-based data platform solutions, make system design and architecture decisions, and ensure engineering excellence. Stay current with emerging technologies, mentor and coach teammates, drive agile and analytical methodologies, and continuously improve team practices through a You-Build-It-You-Run-It model including on-call rotations.

•Make decisions on solution design, architecture, and delivery of systems, ensuring quality and operational standards.
•Mentor and coach the team, evaluating technical design and code while driving continuous improvement across processes and technology choices.
•Drive agile development and analytical methodologies, participate in You-Build-It-You-Run-It practices, and join on-call pager rotation.

•Use hands-on skills with tools and languages such as Databricks, SQL, Python, PowerShell, C#/.NET, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and data lake/lakehouse systems.
•Communicate effectively and influence across teams, with strong mentoring/coaching and agile project execution ability.
