  • •Own Maven’s communications strategy across consumer and corporate PR, social media, executive communications, employer brand, and internal communications.
  • •Drive a consumer PR strategy that positions Maven in the cultural conversation around women’s and family health topics.
  • •Create communications-led campaigns and launch coverage that turn products, research, partnerships, and milestones into breakthrough stories.
  • •Build relationships with journalists, editors, producers, creators, and influencers; manage high-stakes issues and crisis communications with calm leadership.
  • •Translate clinical research, outcomes, proprietary data, and provider expertise into narratives that build trust and differentiate Maven while building a consistent story pipeline across channels.

  • •Exceptional storytelling and writing ability, turning complex healthcare products, clinical studies, business strategy, or cultural shifts into simple narratives people remember.
  • •Experience building executives into distinctive public voices and advising senior leadership, knowing when and how to engage.
  • •Ability to develop and execute a multi-year communications strategy and measure communications beyond impressions and press hits, connecting to brand awareness and business outcomes.
