Build and maintain strong client relationships by engaging customers in-person, by appointment, and virtually to understand their banking needs. Counsel clients on deposit and loan products, process account information, provide an excellent client experience, and recommend solutions aligned to goals. Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, submit credit applications, and educate clients on digital and self-service tools with a digital-first mindset.
