Job Summary

Own the evolution of logs analytics within the Elastic Observability product team, focusing on the end-to-end lifecycle of logs collection, ingest, and management. Build modern logging features for SREs, including GenAI/agentic workflows, automated SLO/SLI tracking, intelligent alerting, and correlation across logs, metrics, and traces. Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and Design, and partner with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market, messaging, competitive analysis, enablement, and adoption.

•Advance and influence the end-to-end lifecycle for logs collection, ingest, and management.

•Collaborate across Engineering, UX, and Design to deliver high-quality application monitoring experiences.
•Work with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market, messaging, competitive analysis, enablement, and feature adoption; track user engagement and feedback to guide product evolution.
