Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the T3 platform to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues.
  • •Coordinate and supervise the quality performance of equipment mechanics and service personnel.
  • •Schedule repairs for customer and company-owned rental equipment.
  • •Maintain and nurture customer relationships, ensure 100% customer satisfaction, and respond to inquiries, requests, complaints, and communications.
  • •Train and develop employees and maintain a safe work environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Ideally 3 years of maintenance and service experience in the rental industry or a related construction field.
  • •Experience leading maintenance teams and experience in field service, maintenance, and repair.

  • •Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (must be at least 21 to operate the company vehicle).
  • •Ability to meet physical requirements (including lifting up to 50 pounds) and ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen.
