Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary technical point of contact for trialing, new, and existing customers, guiding adoption and scaling.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving build systems, integrations, and environments.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in software development, technical support, SRE, or developer-facing roles.
  • •Strong understanding of developer workflows and build systems (experience with Bazel or Buck/Buck2 is a big plus).
  • •Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Go, C++, Java, Python, Rust, or JavaScript.
  • •Comfortable in Linux/Unix environments and experience with Docker, Terraform, or Kubernetes.
  • •Familiarity with at least one cloud provider such as AWS, GCP, Azure, or OpenShift.
