Senior Counsel Commercial U.S./Canada and Global

Serve as a senior commercial attorney for the Global Legal, Business Integrity & Government Affairs (GLBG) team, partnering with the F&II U.S./Canada business leadership team. Advise on complex commercial and compliance matters, draft and negotiate customer and supply agreements, manage commercial disputes, and support government affairs and regulatory guidance across the U.S. and Canada. Oversee outside counsel and help build a Commercial Center of Excellence for global strategic accounts.
