Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of security architecture consultants to perform threat-driven architecture security reviews and threat modelling.
  • •Drive security-by-design and shift-left initiatives, including building security into development workflows and enhancing CI/CD security tooling and automation.
  • •Design enterprise and identity security architecture for hybrid and multi-cloud environments, including identity governance and identity integration strategies for AI systems.
  • •Architect security frameworks for Gen AI deployment, monitoring, and governance within an AI risk framework, including security blueprints and guardrails.
  • •Lead agentic AI security initiatives focused on authentication and authorization of AI agents.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields.
  • •Strong software engineering background with more than 5 years as a software engineer/developer.
  • •3+ years of team or lateral leadership experience in technology architecture or security consulting teams.
  • •Experience in application security architecture/threat modelling, leading complex multi-stakeholder security initiatives.
  • •Experience with AI/ML security (LLM, Model Context Protocols/MCP, agentic AI) and application security principles (OWASP, SANS), plus modern security tooling (SAST, DAST, SCA, container scanning, secrets management).
