Key Responsibilities

•Learn and assist with basic oil well operations under supervision, including drilling fluids and solids control.
•Assist in rigging-up and rigging-down of service equipment and operate equipment such as shale shakers, centrifuges, cuttings handling, and vacuum/pressure washing systems.
•Communicate effectively with team members, perform basic math, and maintain basic reading/writing records; basic computer skills are preferred.
•Promote safety, environmental awareness, and compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations as part of daily activities.
•Possess a high school diploma or equivalent and engage in quality improvement and adherence to procedures.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent is required.
•Under strict supervision, learn basic oil well operations including drilling fluids and solids control operations.
•Assist in rigging-up and rigging-down of service equipment and in operating equipment such as shale shakers, centrifuges, and vacuum/pressure washing systems.
•Must be able to communicate effectively, perform basic mathematics, and have basic reading/writing skills; basic computer skills are preferred.
