Senior Tender Manager

Lead the end-to-end tendering process in a complex sales environment to deliver competitive, compliant, and value-driven proposals. Drive cross-functional collaboration across technical, financial, sourcing, and commercial areas, develop pricing/cost models, negotiate customer scope and contract terms, and prepare deal business cases for approvals. Manage bid strategy from RFP/RFQ through handover to execution, including variations and contract amendments, while supporting risk and governance processes.
