Lead lifecycle management, automation frameworks using PowerShell and Graph API, M&A integrations, modernization initiatives, and serve as the top escalation point for complex platform issues.

Key Responsibilities

•Architect and engineer Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms aligned to enterprise architecture and security frameworks.
•Develop and enforce governance standards and architectural reference patterns for Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, and related services.
•Lead enterprise lifecycle engineering including roadmaps, feature governance, update channels, and service resiliency models.
•Drive platform automation and innovation using PowerShell, Graph API, workflow orchestration, and AI/Copilot workplace capabilities.
•Serve as an escalation owner for critical collaboration issues, lead root-cause analysis, and mentor teams while supporting M&A due diligence and migrations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 113,600 - 235,500 annually

•Bachelor’s degree in a related IT technical field; Master’s or advanced certifications preferred.
•7+ years of deep technical experience engineering and supporting Microsoft 365 collaboration ecosystems.

•Strong proficiency with automation including PowerShell, Graph API, and workflow orchestration.
•Experience leading platform modernization, M&A migrations, and enterprise-scale collaboration initiatives.
