Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the Growth product vision across Conversion and Growth Infrastructure, aligning with company objectives and AI-native transformations.
•Manage PMs across the growth area, including hiring, coaching, and performance management to raise craft and outcomes.
•Drive hands-on growth through experimentation, funnel optimization, and instrumentation, ensuring statistically significant results and actionable learnings.
•Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Brand and Data to synchronize roadmaps and ensure local adaptation as Alan expands to new countries.
•Build and lead a high-performing growth team, influence across geographies, and foster a culture of rapid experimentation and measurable impact.
