Key Responsibilities

  • •Process product using tools (including knives), manual labor, and provided equipment per operating procedures.
  • •Observe equipment operation and notify personnel of malfunctions, safety issues, or concerns.
  • •Clean and organize the work area and shipping dock/associated areas.
  • •Operate forklift to place skids of finished product into proper freezer storage locations and load frozen product onto trucks for transportation.
  • •Follow all personnel, quality, safety, and food safety policies; recognize and act on incidents and safety risks; support process improvement and other duties as directed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
  • •Ability to operate a forklift and power jack.
  • •Willingness to learn inventory procedures.
  • •Ability to work in cold temperatures (-20 degrees) and stand/use hands 8-11 hours per day.
  • •Good communication skills and hand-eye coordination.
