Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage tenant screening, onboarding, move-in/move-out processes, and enforce lease terms including renewals, amendments, and documentation.
  • •Oversee rent collection, monitor arrears, administer security deposits, and support market rent reviews and vacancy management initiatives.
  • •Conduct property inspections, coordinate preventive/corrective maintenance, manage contractors/vendors, and coordinate utilities and property handovers/takeovers.
  • •Address tenant inquiries, service requests, and complaints to maintain high tenant satisfaction and retention.
  • •Assist with property budgeting and financial reporting, ensure compliance with laws and company policies, and support risk, insurance, and legal case management.
