Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and enhance superior customer service by improving operational performance, maximizing SLA achievement, and identifying operational risks early.
  • •Manage resources and allocate work effectively using workflow tools and cross-trained team members to support staffing needs.
  • •Ensure procedural updates are cascaded accurately and on time to prevent non-compliance with policies.
  • •Deliver zero instances of FCC breaches and act as a Level 2a approver / Level 2b escalation point for reviewing FCC escalations.
  • •Oversee pending and referral queues to close aged items, monitor service quality, and escalate issues as needed; own related audit points and end-of-day controls.

Key Requirements

  • •1-3 years’ experience within Global Trade Solutions.
  • •Strong international trade background with working knowledge of ICC rules/publications including UCP 600, URC 522, URDG 758, URR 725, ISBP, and Islamic Finance.
  • •Ability to lead teams and manage resources to deliver superior customer service and meet SLAs efficiently.
  • •Capability to understand and implement Group Risk Management requirements and maintain control/direction in a fast-changing environment.
  • •Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
