People Operations Generalist (Temporary)

Support employees through the People Team’s first line of coverage, with a primary focus on the North America team and additional support for the Philippines. Triage People Ops ticket requests and manage key workflows including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, employment verifications, unemployment processing, and Workday transactions. Update employee data with minimal guidance, run HRIS reports/audits, handle sensitive situations discreetly, and drive process improvements.
