Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the first line of support for the People Team by triaging tickets and managing key People Ops processes.
  • •Manage onboarding, offboarding, job changes, employment verifications, unemployment processing, and Workday transactions for North America (USA & Canada) and the Philippines as needed.
  • •Provide accurate, useful direction and support to internal and external inquiries via email, tickets, or Slack.
  • •Execute employee data updates (e.g., headcount planning, employment verification) with minimal guidance and escalate exceptions.
  • •Run reports and audits to identify potential or actual issues in the HRIS system and assist with special/ad-hoc People projects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 72,300 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of professional experience in a People Operations or HR shared services role supporting and interacting with employees.
  • •Strong customer service skills, including handling difficult, urgent, and sensitive employee situations with confidentiality and discretion.
  • •Familiarity with common HR practices in the USA (USA plus Canada experience preferred).
  • •Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills to identify the best solutions for employees.
  • •Familiarity with Workday, Jira, and/or Greenhouse, including ticketing/workflow oversight and experience working with SLAs, audit standards, and compliance metrics.
