Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end lifecycle management of ByteDance’s global core cloud resource delivery, including cloud resource delivery, NPI, and cloud resource utilization optimization.
  • •As the owner, lead deployment of ByteDance’s global cloud resource infrastructure and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • •Manage multiple suppliers, track project progress, identify and resolve risks/issues, and deliver projects against planned cost, quality, and schedule.
  • •Lead standardization of global project management processes and optimize deployment methodologies to shorten delivery cycles.
  • •Plan server generation transitions, verify new platform environment setup, manage EOL schedules, and use data analysis to identify low-utilization machines for recycling and reuse.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in a computer-related field with 3+ years of experience in cloud delivery, data center infrastructure operations/maintenance, or related technical support.
  • •Excellent written and oral communication skills for working scenarios in English.
  • •Highly detail-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • •Ability to think independently and respond quickly in high-intensity, fast-paced environments.
  • •5+ years preferred in large-scale infrastructure project management, including hyperscale data center delivery and/or public cloud IT infrastructure deployment.
