Job Summary

Manage a portfolio of property management and self-managed community clients, advising on treasury management products and bank services. Train clients on how to use bank tools, troubleshoot software and integrations, and provide accurate, high-quality customer service. Support account openings/closings, assist with payment research and lockbox inquiries, and help drive organic deposit growth with the Sales Team while maintaining knowledge of federal banking regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage a client portfolio for property management companies and self-managed communities, building trust and providing excellent service.
•Support the Operations Manager with account opening and closing, including CDARS, ICS, credit/debit cards, checking, and money market accounts.
•Use daily reports to process insufficient funds and non-posted transactions by established deadlines and follow procedures.
•Assist clients with account payment research, lockbox inquiries, and association transitions between management companies.
•Collaborate with the team and the Sales Team to support deposit growth and actively participate in training on bank products.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Sales, Branch Banking Operations, or a similar field.
•High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
•Entry level knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management, and/or other commercial banking products.
•Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules, and regulations.
•Proficiency with the MS Office suite and intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
