Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve more complex client servicing issues and act as a primary troubleshooter for client service needs in a branch setting.
  • •Coach tellers to ensure efficient, effective, and accurate performance of teller functions while supporting daily teller line operations.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and appropriately transition clients to a banker.
  • •Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures, including balancing cash drawer within guidelines.
  • •Support Branch Manager onboarding and training of new tellers; attend morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs; work on Saturdays as directed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.75 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
  • •Minimum of 3 years demonstrated superior client relationship skills (required).
  • •Minimum of 3 years' experience in cash handling (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator (required).
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork, with strong organizational skills managing multiple tasks (required).
