Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver and supervise specialist training functions in support of TSI, including practical OJT and training consolidation.
  • •Conduct analysis, design, production, development, and delivery of new and existing training courses aligned to customer needs for time, cost, and specification.
  • •Research, write, and validate advanced training notes; specify, design, and develop training aids including computer-aided instruction and advanced desktop training systems.
  • •Develop training support materials (curriculum, training objectives, syllabuses, course plans, and assessment/evaluation methods) and maintain classroom procedures published in the TSI.
  • •Conduct students’ assessment and evaluation exercises, implement remedial action, and plan/control assigned courses while contributing to cross-discipline training as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree, HND in engineering, or an equivalent national civilian/military qualification including an aircraft maintenance traineeship/apprenticeship, or a science degree.
  • •Graduate of an advanced military trade school or an EASA Part 147 training establishment, with OJT completion and practical experience across the full range of aircraft armament systems.
  • •English language ability of band 5.0 IELTS (speaking and listening band scores at 5.0 if non-native).
  • •Recent teaching/instructional experience, including experience as a trainer/instructor in an aeronautic/sciences subject area.
  • •Leadership skills and proven ability to supervise all levels of engineering personnel in a technical training environment.
