  • •Build a highly scalable, efficient, robust trust and safety platform and tools.
  • •Align platform development with product objectives and customer needs.
  • •Collaborate with trust and safety specialists, experts, and machine learning engineers.
  • •Improve system design and architecture to ensure high stability and performance.
  • •Work with Trust and Safety teams to protect TikTok globally.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or above) in computer science or a related technical discipline.
  • •At least 2 years of industrial experience.
  • •Proficiency in designing data structures and building algorithms, using at least one of: Python, Go, PHP, C++, Java.
  • •User-facing product experience building, designing, and scaling software architecture.

  • •Experience in trust and safety or risk control system design and implementation is preferred.
