Key Responsibilities

•Lead and execute the SMB go-to-market strategy across North America, focusing on existing and new issuer partners to expand Mastercard’s footprint and market share.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with the broader Commercial and New Payment Flows teams to partner and cross-sell solutions across Transfer Solutions and Corporate Solutions.
•Engage clients, identify high-potential opportunities, build a strong, dynamic sales pipeline, and close deals while negotiating SMB incentives.
•Track and manage pipeline performance using SFDC and commercialization tools to enable timely follow-up and traction.
•Develop and promote SMB growth strategies and sales enablement materials to address specific SMB needs and opportunities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 138,000 - 221,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree preferred; master’s degree a plus
•Deep experience and expertise within the financial services and payments ecosystem
•Proven ability to build enterprise relationships with partners unfamiliar with the solution
•Experience developing, owning, and driving strategic direction in a heavily matrixed cross-functional environment
•Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to lead cross-functional SMB deals
