Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor, interpret, and evaluate federal and state regulatory requirements, including 49 CFR 192 and 49 CFR 195.
  • •Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Integrity Management programs, procedures, and processes.
  • •Evaluate existing practices to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • •Provide technical guidance to personnel on compliance obligations, regulatory changes, and engineering requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related field.
  • •Working knowledge of requirements under 49 CFR Parts 192 and/or 195.
  • •Experience with transmission/gathering pipeline operations, facility operations, Integrity Management, and pipeline stress/strain analyses.
  • •Experience with engineering design and criteria for natural gas and/or NGLs in pipeline systems.
  • •Experience using Microsoft Excel, Project, Access, and Word; and experience prioritizing operational problems for appropriate action.
