Key Responsibilities

  • •Steer the group’s site safety and physical security policy and ensure operational implementation across locations.
  • •Define, document, and maintain security processes including access rules, control rounds, incident management, and emergency plans.
  • •Oversee access control systems and manage security service providers; coordinate response to severe incidents and interfaces with emergency services.
  • •Drive GDPR/DPO responsibilities: maintain processing-records, assess GDPR conformity of processes and processors, support DSFA/AIPD, and handle data subject requests (access, deletion, correction).
  • •Serve as authority interface (including CNIL) and manage data breach processes, TOMs, audit support (27001/Tisax/NIS2), and privacy awareness/training.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed university degree (Master/Diploma) in law, compliance, HSE, security, risk management, cybersecurity, or a comparable field.
  • •Proven cross-functional experience combining site/object security with regulatory compliance, ideally in a multi-site or industrial/technology environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, site security, and fire protection requirements (ERP/IGH, SSIAP).
  • •Deep understanding of GDPR and the DPO role, including processing records, DSFA, data subject rights, and CNIL reporting.
  • •Ability to structure group-wide processes, policies, and standards; experience steering external service providers (security, maintenance, hosting, SaaS).
