Key Responsibilities

  • •Desarrollar e implementar planes de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo para asegurar la máxima eficiencia y disponibilidad de los equipos.
  • •Supervisar y dirigir a un equipo de técnicos de mantenimiento para garantizar que se completen todas las tareas de manera oportuna y eficiente.
  • •Gestionar el presupuesto de mantenimiento y controlar los gastos.
  • •Identificar y evaluar las necesidades de mantenimiento y recomendar mejoras a los procesos y equipos.
  • •Implementar y hacer cumplir las normas de seguridad y medio ambiente.

Key Requirements

  • •Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica o Industrial.
  • •Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en un puesto de gestión de mantenimiento.
  • •Sólido conocimiento de las mejores prácticas de mantenimiento, incluyendo TPM y Lean Manufacturing.
