Key Responsibilities

  • •General duties on a range of projects and design stages, including design, detailing, drawing, contract administration, site inspections, etc.
  • •Where and if appropriate for your level of experience, acting as project leader on small to medium sized projects
  • •Presenting to clients and prospective clients.
  • •General administrative and management duties appropriate to architectural practice.
  • •Assist in the preparation of design work and presentations, the production of the technical delivery of projects including working drawings, specification writing and contract documentation and help in the development of presentations and projects

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualification, preferably with Diploma or Masters in a University Course, although the latter is not absolutely essential.
  • •Proficiency in CAD with experience in Bentley Mircostation / Aecosim, AutoCAD & REVIT; current working knowledge of REVIT required.
  • •Knowledge of parametric modelling software (Rhino/Grasshopper, Solidworks) advantageous.
  • •Working knowledge of presentation/render software (Sketchup, Photoshop, InDesign, Powerpoint, Lumion)
  • •English language proficiency and good communication; eligible to work in the UK.
