Security Engineer - Fortinet

Monitor, manage, and maintain Fortinet security infrastructure across internal and client environments in a 24x7 operation. Perform L1 firewall operations (policy management, NAT and VPN configuration), validate policies, and respond to security incidents and network anomalies. Help troubleshoot firewall, switching, and wireless issues, escalate complex cases to L2/L3, and analyze logs using FortiAnalyzer. Support SLA/SOP compliance, change management, and produce operational reports.
