Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and optimize CrowdStrike, including sensor policies, detection tuning, and response playbooks.
  • •Administer and support Zscaler ZIA, ZDX, and ZPA, managing policy lifecycles and tunnel and connector health.
  • •Troubleshoot network connectivity, VPN, secure access, and SASE-related incidents and service issues.
  • •Support security operations activities, incident handling, and root cause analysis across managed platforms.
  • •Automate routine tasks and integrations using APIs/scripts, and deploy/manage configurations via Terraform and CI/CD with IaC best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in security operations, endpoint security, network security, or security engineering.
  • •Hands-on experience with CrowdStrike across user devices and server environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of Zscaler ZIA, ZDX, and ZPA (or other SASE solutions).
  • •Experience troubleshooting enterprise network, VPN, and SASE connectivity issues.
  • •Familiarity with APIs, scripting, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines, plus strong collaboration and problem-solving.
